User Agreement

Use of this web site known herein as "The Site" is conditional based upon adherence to the following Guidelines:

The Site is intended for use only by initiated members known herein as "Brothers" of the Delta Xi Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity known herein as "The Fraternity". Access to The Site may be granted or revoked at any time by The Site's Management known herein as "Management" solely at Management's discretion.

The content of The Site may contain obscene language or other materials, which is intended for a mature audience of Brothers. Content may also be construed as offensive or derogatory to Brothers and non-Brothers alike. Therefore, it is each Brother's obligation to act in a mature and responsible manner and consider that their actions are reflective of the image of The Fraternity to both Brothers and non-Brothers when posting messages or other content to The Site. Furthermore, it is each Brother's obligation to limit access to The Site to Brothers only.

Use of The Site is for fun, information dissemination, and education. No Brother shallflame or otherwise harass other Brothers vis a vis The Site.

Management is not responsible for content added to the Message Board, Photos page, or any other area of The Site in which content may be changed by all Brothers.

No Brother or other guest to The Site (invited or uninvited) may use the information on The Site against any Brother or against The Fraternity at large, The Phi Epsilon Alumni Corporation, or Management.

Brothers found to be in violation of these or other unwritten guidelines will have their access to The Site revoked for an indeterminate amount of time to be defined by Management on a case by case basis.
